Activating your bundle or question category purchase

How do I activate my Big Bundle or other bundles?

At the time of purchase you will have received an email to the email address you used to make your purchase. It would be titled “YOUR QUESTION STORE PURCHASE”

This email contains the code that unlocks your bundled content and it would appear something like this: UKBB601491

Locate this code in the original email and then enter it in the Outsmarted app in the redeem code box on the Question Store screen in the Outsmarted app. To get to the Question Store screen inside the Outsmarted app tap on the basket icon in the top right of the Home Screen inside the Outsmarted app.

If you cannot locate the email with your bundle code please check your spam and deleted folders in your email inbox.

If you still cannot locate your code please complete the form below with your order number selecting the option Question Pack Activation, a member of our support team will send you your bundle code within 48 hours.

How do I activate my category purchase made on your website?

At the time of purchase of your chosen category you will see a redeem code on the purchase confirmation screen at time of purchase and we will also then send you this redeem code via email to the email address you use at time of purchase within a minute or two of your purchase.
