Q. What's the difference between the Standard and Ultra Edition?
There is no difference in terms of game-play. The Ultra Edition included hand-painted color miniature genius figures (upgraded from grey) and a folding Outsmarted tablet stand.
Q. How exactly does Remote Play work?
Remote Play enables players / teams in other locations to join your game, you can find out more information in our HOW TO PLAY guide.
Q. What devices can I play with?
You can play Outsmarted using any one of the following devices:
- Android mobile
- Android tablet
- Windows PC
You can play with just one device or connect additional secondary devices as handheld quiz controllers for an even more interactive game-play experience.
Q. What are the device minimum requirements for the Outsmarted app?
** Requires internet connection to play
** Minimum specification to run Outsmarted App - iPhone 6 or greater / Android 7 device or greater / Windows 10 or greater
** Recommended 3GB's system ram for smooth operation
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our California facility.
They're shipped with either UPS Ground (1-5 Business Days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days).
As soon as your item is ready to be dispatched, you will receive your Tracking ID. Please leave it at least 24 hours to see movement on your tracking, once it's been received.
Q. Do I need an internet connection to play?
Yes, you will need an internet connection to download the Outsmarted app and then during game play, as all of the question content and game management is handled by our game servers.
Q. Will I receive printed question cards?
No. Outsmarted questions are served on the Outsmarted app. This allows us to continually add new questions and provide you with a wide selection of add-on question packs.
It also allows us to include questions which include music, image and videos, to make the game play experience, more entertaining and immersive.
Q. What shall I do if Outsmarted doesn't work on my device?
