Q. What's the difference between the Standard and Ultra Edition?
There is no difference in terms of game-play. Click here for a link that explains the exact difference between the two versions and what they include.

Q. How exactly does Remote Play work?

Q. What devices can I play with?
You can play Outsmarted using any one of the following devices:

  • iPhone
  • iPad
  • Android mobile
  • Android tablet
  • Windows PC
  • Chromebook 

You can play with just one device or connect additional secondary devices as handheld quiz controllers for an even more interactive game-play experience.   

Q. What are the device minimum requirements for the Outsmarted app?

** Requires internet connection to play
** Minimum specification to run Outsmarted App - iPhone 6 or greater / Android 7 device or greater / Windows 10 or greater
** Recommended 3GB's system ram for smooth operation

Q. When will my delivery arrive?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 Business Days from our California facility. They're shipped with either UPS Ground (2-4 Business Days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days). As soon as your item is ready to be dispatched, you will receive your Tracking ID. Please leave it at least 24 hours to see movement on your tracking, once it's been received.

Q. Do I need an internet connection to play?
Yes, you will need an internet connection to download the Outsmarted app and then during game play, as all of the question content and game management is handled by our game servers.

Q. Will I receive printed question cards?
No. Outsmarted questions are served on the Outsmarted app. This allows us to continually add new questions, and provide you with specialty question packs. It also allows us to include questions which include music, image and videos, to make the game play experience, more entertaining and immersive.

Q. What shall I do if Outsmarted doesn't work on my device?
Please contact us directly on the SUPPORT WEBSITE, and submit a ticket. We typically reply to new tickets within 2-4 hours

Q. What about anything else I need?
Once you are an Outsmarted game owner, we encourage you to only use our SUPPORT WEBSITE. We prioritize communication with existing customers and use a ticketing system to respond to support requests, typically within 2-4 hours.
